SHIPPING

All items ordered and paid will be shipped within 2 business days.

Please allow 2 business days for your order to arrive.

As soon as the order is confirmed and payment is cleared, the shipping process will start right away which means no changes can be made to your order.

RETURNS

You may cancel your order up to 2 hours after placing the order.

You may return/refund Products within 8 days of purchase if Products are faulty.

To return Products, please email us at jataphitranslations@gmail.com with your order number and products you wish to return.

Once we have received the returned Products, you will be notified by email.  Some payment providers may take longer than 14 days for the refund to credit your account.

The shipping costs incurred by the customer will be refunded.
